Neon Driftline

Neon Driftline is the kind of racer you pull out at a bus stop and lose forty minutes to. The drifting is forgiving but rewarding: hold the brake into a corner and the back end slides in a satisfying arc. You can steer by tilt or on-screen buttons, and both feel responsive.

The track design keeps things interesting with shortcuts and jumps that reward memorizing a route. Progression unlocks new cars with genuinely different handling, so a heavy muscle car feels nothing like the twitchy little coupe you start with.

My only complaint is that some later tracks reuse the same neon color palette, so they blur together. Otherwise it is a clean, fast, good-looking arcade racer that respects your time.
